* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected over portions of West Central Texas today through early Friday evening. High moisture values will fuel highly efficient rain-producing storms, with model guidance indicating near-stationary clusters capable of producing 2 to 4 inches of rain per hour. This could lead to additional rainfall totals tonight and Friday of 2 to 5 inches over the Watch area, with isolated totals even higher. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
