* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southwestern Fresno County in central California...
* WHEN...Until 600 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 300 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding.
