* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong ebb current of 6.26 kt at 624 PM Monday. Seas 8 to 9 ft. Ebb current of 4.27 kt at 644 AM Tuesday. Seas 8 to 9 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.31 kt at 702 PM Tuesday. Seas 10 ft.
