* WHERE...Mississippi River at Clarksville.
* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 25.5 feet, State Route P east of Elsberry begins flooding just east of the levee.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 24.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 26.0 feet Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
