* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and north central Virginia, including the following counties, in east central Virginia, Essex and King and Queen. In north central Virginia, Caroline.

* WHEN...Until 330 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 134 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
