* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 8 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Various significant northerly swells and large localized wind waves, are expected to continue producing sea conditions hazardous to small craft through at least Thursday afternoon. However, seas may briefly drop below 10 feet Tuesday night as winds slow and some swells decrease, before another resurgence in the monsoon surge brings seas back up Wednesday.
