* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Minor flooding of secondary roads and lowlands from the Highway 4 Bridge downstream.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 6.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 12.7 feet tomorrow morning.
