* WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas and Orange County Coastal Areas.

* WHEN...Now through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous swimming conditions. Localized minor tidal overflow possible Wednesday and Thursday evening during high tide where surf heights are 6 feet.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...3 ft 15-19 second south swell from 190- 210 degrees.
