* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Spencer.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening to Saturday, August 22.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Road south of river gage begins to flood. Gosport Road closes. Extensive agricultural flooding is in progress. Moon Road in very rural northwest Monroe County is extensively flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:30 AM EDT Friday the stage was 9.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 19.5 feet early Wednesday morning.
