* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeastern Grant County in New Mexico.

* WHEN...Until 830 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 443 PM MDT, Heavy rain has affected parts of the upper Mimbres Basin this afternoon, and additional thunderstorms are moving back into the area. Low water crossings along Highway 35 between Mimbres and Camp Thunderbird are likely already running, but expect increased flow over the next couple of hours. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
