* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision out to 15 NM and Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision from 15 to 90 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 7 AM AKDT Friday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM Friday to 6 AM AKDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
