* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.9 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 18.4 feet early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
