* WHEN...Until 230 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. High water likely may recede slowly from flooded areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1230 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that rainfall was beginning to move out of the area. Some creeks may continue to rise or remain elevated for a few hours due to earlier heavy rainfall. - This replaces a Flash Flood Warning previously in effect. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
