* IMPACTS...While water was continuing to recede, numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 921 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hillsboro, Waverly, Piketon, Lynchburg, Marshall, Sardinia, Bainbridge, Cynthiana, Kincaid Springs, Pike Lake, Highland Holiday, Rocky Fork Point, Belfast, Russell, New Market, Mowrystown, Sinking Spring, Paint Creek State Park, Rainsboro and Rocky Fork Lake.
