* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is near crest. It is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling, remaining below flood stage. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
