* Until 1130 PM EDT.

* At 1029 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near The Center Of The Pamlico Sound, or 9 nm north of Ocracoke Inlet, moving east at 10 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.
