* WHERE...Kosrae Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM ChST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Building northeast swell from STY Dolphin will mix with the existing southeast swell and wind waves to produce seas of 8 to 10 feet, with highest seas over the northern waters. A monsoon surge will maintain fresh to strong winds as well.
