* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Iowa, including the following counties, Buchanan, Delaware and Dubuque.

* WHEN...From 5 PM CDT this afternoon through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms will develop tonight and will be capable of producing heavy rainfall. Storms may repeat over the same areas and result in excessive rainfall.
