* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 307 PM EDT, Prior heavy rainfall has led to either ongoing or flooding is expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
