* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs. Expect flooded boat ramps and trails.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 10.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.2 feet Friday evening. It will then rise to 12.2 feet Friday evening.
