At 755 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. The heaviest rainfall is expected in southeastern Hillsborough County and southeastern Rockingham County. Urban flash flooding is expected.
