* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Mendocino to Pt. Arena CA out 10 nm and Waters from Cape Mendocino to Pt. Arena CA from 10 to 60 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from noon Saturday to noon PDT Sunday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday afternoon through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
