* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, no flooding occurs but low lying agricultural areas may be threatened. Continue to monitor later forecasts. At 28.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 27.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain between 27 and 28 feet through Saturday morning.
