* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with temperatures up to 110 possible, except up to 115 for Lower Washington County and Zion Canyon. Warm overnight lows in the upper 70s to low 80s will offer little relief.

* WHERE...Glen Canyon Recreation Area/Lake Powell, South Central Utah, Lower Washington County, and Zion National Park.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events.
