* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 239 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Topeka, Valley Falls, Rossville, Oskaloosa, Tecumseh, St. Marys, Richland, Dover, Silver Lake, Auburn, Perry, McLouth, Meriden, Hoyt, Ozawkie, Lecompton, Maple Hill, Winchester, Belvue and Emmett. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 70 between mile markers 339 and 355. Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 166 and 188.
