At 413 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11 miles northwest of Walhalla, or 5 miles northwest of Oconee State Park, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include... Seneca, Walhalla, Clayton, Mountain City, Tiger, Sky Valley, Salem, Lake Jocassee, Devils Fork State Park, and Oconee State Park.
