Details
At 327 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles north of Penrose, or 22 miles southwest of Colorado Springs, moving south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Fremont, southeastern Teller and southwestern El Paso Counties.
