* At 519 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area heavy rain slowing moving across Bradford County Pennsylvania. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Athens, Towanda, Canton, Wyalusing, Wysox, Ulster, Litchfield, North Towanda, Windham, Herrick, Rome, New Albany, Le Raysville, Overton, Burlington, Monroeton, South Branch, Franklindale and Milan.
