* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Yentna River including Lake Creek.
* WHEN...Until 100 PM AKDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1053 AM AKDT, the river remains in moderate flood stage after heavy rains earlier this week, but is beginning to subside. The river crested at 22.52 ft around 8pm Thursday, August 7th. - For Yentna River at Lake Creek: At 9:50am the stage was 22.3 feet. Flood Stage is 20.5 feet.
Impacts: At 20.5 feet: Anglers Inn & King Point Lodges will have water in several cabins.
At 22.0 feet: McDougal's, King Point, Anglers Inn, Wilderness Place, Lake Creek Lodge, 3-Rivers, and Cottonwood Resorts will have water in a number of cabins with water also encroaching the main lodge buildings. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
