* WHERE...Central Breathitt County in southeastern Kentucky... Northwestern Knott County in southeastern Kentucky... South Central Magoffin County in southeastern Kentucky... North Central Perry County in southeastern Kentucky...
* WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1221 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Noble, Buck, Rowdy, Ary, Talcum, Decoy, Hardshell, Daisydell, Dice, Ned, Elmrock, Clayhole, Watts, Evanston, Vail, Lamont, Barwick, Wolf Coal, Altro and Handshoe. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
