Air Quality Alert

The Washington State Department of Ecology has issued an Air Quality Alert until 5 PM PDT Friday.

An Air Quality Alert has been issued for Walla Walla County due to current and expected wildfire smoke from regional fires. Particulate matter levels may reach Very Unhealthy, especially in the morning and overnight hours. When air quality is Very Unhealthy, everyone should reduce exposure. Stay inside and filter indoor air to keep it cleaner. Go elsewhere for cleaner air, if needed.
