Flash Flood Warning

At 913 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.

Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Glassboro, Lindenwold, Pitman, Clayton, Berlin, Chesilhurst, Turnersville, Williamstown, Sicklerville, Monroe Township, Atco and Mullica Hill.

This includes Atlantic City Expressway between mile markers 34 and 44.
