* WHERE...Black River to Ontonagon MI, Ontonagon to Upper Entrance of Portage Canal MI and Upper Entrance of Portage Canal to Eagle River MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM EDT /5 PM CDT/ this evening to 8 AM EDT /7 AM CDT/ Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM EDT /7 AM CDT/ to 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
