* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 8 PM EDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 8 PM this evening to 8 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
