* WHERE...Southwestern Rockbridge County in west central Virginia... near Natural Bridge.

* WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 746 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms in the area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Elk Creek, Back Run, Little Hellgate Creek, Big Hollow Branch and Sprouts Run. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
