* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Shell Rock River at Shell Rock, or from Flood Creek near Clarksville to the Cedar River.

* WHEN...Until Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Seepage occurs in several basements close to the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 12.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
