* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier.

* WHEN...Until 115 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 720 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Joe Knob Branch, Beaver Creek, Elijah Branch, Eagle Branch, Boggs Creek, Little Creek, Big Clear Creek, Burdette Creek, Little Clear Creek, Burns Run, McMillion Creek and Meadow River. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rainelle...
