* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 21.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
