* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1250 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3/4 and 1 1/2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1/2 to 3/4 inches are expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
