Areas of dense fog will reduce visibilities to locally down to one quarter mile or less early this morning from portions of the northwest suburbs of Chicago west into portions of north central Illinois. Fog will quickly dissipate by mid-morning.

Increase following distance and use your low beams if dense fog is encountered while driving this morning.
