* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Little Creek VA to Cape Henry VA including the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM Wednesday to 1 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
