* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 957 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate rain and Meteorologists reported water over roads and washed out dirt roads near and south of US Highway 380 across far southeast Socorro County and far southwest Lincoln County. This is causing arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area.
