* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 308 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Scattered showers with torrential rainfall will continue to move over the area this afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
