* At 618 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lexington, moving east at 35 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 50 knots and large hail.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in structural damage.

* A line of severe thunderstorms extends westward toward northern Lapeer county and also will move over the nearshore and open waters over the next 1 to 2 hours.
