* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 28.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 30.0 feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening. - Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet. - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
