* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 528 PM EDT, Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Boone, Threelinks, Climax, Goochland, Morrill, Disputanta, Johnetta, Clover Bottom, Bummer, Eglon, Rockford, Cooksburg, Shirley, Robinet, Loam, Kerby Knob, Wildie, Sandgap, Roundstone and Collingsworth.
