At 115 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 19 miles northwest of Big Water, or 33 miles east of Kanab, moving north at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of central Kane County.
This includes US Route 89 between mile markers 29 and 33.
