* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm Saudel (17W) is north of Chuuk State and continues to move away. Strong winds with occasional gusts to 30 kt will continue to create conditions hazardous to small craft through this afternoon.
