* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, The river is at flood stage. Flooding of agricultural land begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 9.8 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this afternoon to 10.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight to 9.2 feet early Sunday morning. It will rise to 9.5 feet early Sunday afternoon.
