* WHERE...Kosrae Coastal Waters.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM ChST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Latest scatterometry pass that was just east of Kosrae showed sustained winds around 20 knots with a pocket of locally higher winds, indicating these winds are likely also impacting the coastal waters of Kosrae.
